I hold the certification of "RPT" - Registered Piano Technician.  This is the highest certification offered in our field of work. You can rest assured that not only will your piano be tuned correctly and safely, but I can also repair or rebuild any problem that might occur on your piano.  This is important because not all "tuners" can repair strings, for example, if one breaks during the tuning.  I can also regulate your piano to the highest performance standards so instead of fighting with your piano, it will work for you.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master's Degree in Wind Band Conducting from Sam Houston State University.  I taught band and elementary music in public schools in Hawaii and Oregon for 6 years.  I started Dugger Music Services in 2012 and moved to Las Vegas in 2013. I'm currently working on a second master's degree in music composition at UNLV.

I simply love making music, and I love improving, tuning and repairing pianos!  There is almost an infinite number of improvements you can make on a piano - I love bringing a piano to its absolute best.

I currently serve as the President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild.  I work closely with colleagues from all around the country, collaborating and learning about the latest piano tools and technologies.  I work with piano manufacturers such as Steinway, Yamaha, and Kawai, attending classes and gaining repair skills specific to each brand.  I also tune pianos for Southern Nevada Music as well as many schools and churches.
